Regrets

I have few regrets in my life..... Not finishing my Climatology Degree, not developing healtier eating habits, and THIS! Let me intoduce you too the "she-Mullet"

lots of tears and hair accessories.... LOTS!

My hair was all the way down my back yesterday.... now I got "Layers".... my hair is naturally wavy so I am a puffy poddle with a mullet until Christmas!

(OK, Jenn.) Catherine, you're hair looks pretty. We have nearly the same do going on, but my hair is falling out (due to some surgery I had), so you might not have it so bad after all. The things we do to ourselves - lol. Really, it probably just feels funny to you right now.

Hi SP Hostess!

Aw, it doesn't look lie a mullet to me! Though if you don't like it can you get the bottom half cut off to the level of the top layers over your ears? I'm no good with hair I just let mine grow for a couple years till it's to my ass then blindly hack it off. ha.

Your hair is lovely this way. I wish I had as much as you and with so much volume. I didn't think mullet when I saw it, I just thought you got a new haircut. But if you don't like it, then you'll have to wait until it grows a bit more, or get a different cut.

We've all been there. I got my hair cut in layers and it ended up much shorter than I expected. A lot of people said they liked it, but I never did. It grew out in about a year. But, the good news is that it got to a point I liked much sooner than that. Give your new cut a couple of weeks and you'll like it better. Then, if layers are still not for you, just let it grow.

Hello dear SP Hostess!

Your hair most definitely not a mullet. I think it is cute, and I love the color. I think the cut is actually very mod.

I think it looks beautiful. It is the style and you look great with it!! You will get use to the layers!! and in a couple days - you will love it! It really does look good!!

I have some naturally curly wave and when the humidity hits it here in NC - I look like the LION KING!! If curls in some places and grizzes in others and is stright in others!! Then some days it looks like Peg Bundy!!

I have invested in a ceramic straightener to assist and some great products to use to straighten mine at this time of the year.

I have a picture of me in high school with it all out with the 1980"s hairdo. I was 105 lbs and my hair stuck out so high on top and so far on the sides and I has Salley Jessee Raphiel Red glasses!!

OH - I have an idea for a contest - Worst hair in a high school picture or formal picture from high school.. Not really in the fiber theme, but it might be worth some laughs!!

Why is it that stylists become layer happy junkies? It's my biggest pet peeve when I get my hair cut. For me the solution during the grow-out phase was two things. A high end hair iron (HAI ceramic iron) and a product called Silk Therapy (I just use a dime size for all of my hair and the bottle lasts for a good year.)

Hugs. I've totally been there.

Oh I'm sorry you don't like it, maybe it will grow on you?!

I always hate my hair cuts too, I'm also a naturally wavy girl. It always ends up in a bun/ponytail

It doesn't look like a mullet. You so silly. It looks fine!

I like your harry potter sockies super much. Great idea!

I usually hack away at my hair myself. Keep it short cuz is soooo hot is hawaii so much of the time. although it's not today. Right now it's raining all over my laundry and into the open trash can i was throwing yard waste into.
