Calmer; Oh How I Love You

Have you noticed a slight change? I hope the page looks somewhat normal size on your screen. I saw this cute little guy and thought he would make a good mascot. We have to name him now; any suggestions? Have you noticed me commenting on your blog again? Woooo Hooo, the funk has lifted once again.......

I had a Gift Card given to me before the surgery.... The gifter wished to remain an inigma, so I had no choice but to remain silent and find sneaky ways to discover their identity....
Everyone I approched at Yarntopia looked at me like I had lobsters crawling out of my ears when I thanked them for the generous gift....
I can only conclude that my wonderful SP10 struck AGAIN!
(Nope not my SP.... The mystery lives on! any clues? ANYONE? I'd like to thank this person poperly)
I prodly used that Gift Card to purchase 5 balls of Rowan Calmer Khaki color. I plan on making "Wicked" with it.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. All of your comments made me feel so much better. Thank you for all the sholders I have to lean on.
A few of you asked about accepting help from strangers if you were in a pickle. Yes, I failed to mention that I was offered help once two years ago. I greatfully accepted a womans offer who came out of no where to help me with my infant and 4 yr. old (in full meltdown). She carried Brandon in her arms all the way to parking lot J! What an angel.

Please feel free to help me decide what I should make for my Sockapalooza Four Pal. Patterns can be found on www.Knitty.com

Either I am the first to vote, or everyon else thinks you should make Monkey socks too. I think that is going to be the next pair on my needles too.

It wasn't your SP! (heheh!) It was a Yarntopia customer who isn't a regular.

Lovin' the new look.

Sheryl and I are off to TNNA today. Yippee!

Love the monkey and new look. So sorry to hear about your misadventure the other day. People can be jerks, what can you do? But sometimes you do meet nice ones. I've never seen an autistic child meld down as you say, but now that I've read your post I'll know to think about it and offer my help is I ever see a mother in need. I have a name suggestion for your new ape friend. How about a combination of both your boys names? Hildon :)

Hi Catherine,

It's been too long since I've stopped by your blog. I was at TY in Spring yesterday and as soon as I walked in the door, my eye was drawn to some pretty yarn on the front tables. It was yours! You have come up with some beautiful colorways! I bought a hank of the sock yarn in Blue Jeans and can't wait to use it. I'm sure I will be buying more.
