Do you hear a Frog? RIPIT!

That's right everyone, say goodbye to the tank project made with ribbon yarn! I just got so frustrated. All I could think about is how I really wasn't enjoying myself! The yarn is very very pretty, but I am not a fan of it. I gave up and posted on RAOK to see if I got some nibbles to sell it. Two minutes later I got a response, I stayed up late confirming the transaction! I even went ahead and purchased some cotton- ease lion brand to make Tempting for my twin sister and I. Almost Felted blogger made it out of this and it looked great. very economical:) I will give my twin her money, ship the package, and presto conscious clear:)

Sorry to hear about your frogging. That is so painful! I hope your back is feeling better.

I'm glad you were able to get it worked out though, you know? I hate it when I invest in a yarn only to turn around and loath it :P

What color of cotton-ease did you get?

Glad to help you clear your conscience. When I start knitting it I'll post to my blog, so you can keep track of what's doing--think of it as an open adoption. :-)

LOL. Open adoption. I think Cath is happy to never see it again, but just wants to know someone else is enjoying it.

The tempting is SO pretty! Cathi (from In the Pink) wore hers last night to our knit group... Very very tempting to want to make one...

Sometimes it's just best to pass along a project that will be more frustrating than it's worth...this is supposed to be FUN remember! :-)

Oh - and - yes - NYC welcomed me (atleast my BF did!) and I'm SO GLAD to be home...atleast for these 4 weeks before I'm off again!

it sounds like we both did some frogging this morning. it's too bad the ribbon yarn wasn't working out for your project. it looked like really beautiful yarn.
thanks for stopping by my site & leaving a note!
