See the "ladders"? Yuck! I will just keep going and if the sock comes out great I will give the pair away, If it comes less than perfect I will wear it myself:) Not much else to report around here. Brandon the 10 mo. old is getting ear tubes in early May, he is in a world of pain poor thing. Hillard is doing well in school and he will be attending summer school. yeah!!!!
Here are my guys! Gotta love'em

Hey Catherine. Your sock looks great. Don't worry about the ladders. I'm also on my first sock and the same thing is happening to me. We'll get better at it. I think it just takes practice. Hang in there!
What a houseful of handsome men!
Your socks are coming out great. No one will notice the ladders except you.
Have a great weekend,
Amy
Great photo!
I think the colors in yuor sock are FUN FUN FUN!
Sorry to hear about the ear tubes for your youngest! I've a number of friends who had this proceedure in their youth. The pain will go away when all is said and done...something to rest your mind on.
Ooh, great sock! As for the ladders, you should try transferring a couple of stitches from one needle to another every 3 or 4 rounds. That way, at least the ladders aren't so much of a pattern and will be a little more random.
Don't give up on dpns!
