Big Chicken!

Okay guys went to see War of the Worlds today with Chris, and I am better known to family and friends as the Chicken!  Guess what?, they pegged me!  It is really late and I am terrified to close my eyes:)  I feel like I am in the 2nd grade again and I just saw Poltrigist! Or it could be the latte I had a 6pm???  I know what ya'll are waiting for Pics of the twin in her new sweater, bad news!! Turns out I suck as sister and didn't bring it to her this weekend!!!!  I will post later...As of now I finished Chris's hat while at starbucks on Friday night! Took me about a day to do it and guess what?  It is still too big!  Instead of frogging it right away I took pics and I will frog it and knit it up again for the THIRD TIME!!!!! I really don't mind, I want the hat perfect so he will wear it ;)

The Noro is kinda stiff so it stood by itself without a head to rest on!

My first subscription to a knitting mag. came today! I was so excited I looked through and ignored everything else for about 10 mins.  Lookie, the second sock!  I have about 3 more inches to go before I get to the toe decreases.  Wow, my first pair of socks should be finished by tommorow...

Dennis didn't send the New Orleans crew here for shelter, but did you hear about another Tropical Dep.? This one is gonna be named Emily and I hope she keeps her distance!
